Real Estate Market Report for Midtown Montgomery for the week of November 2, 2025

The pending sale ratio today continues to hover around 4.4%. That’s disappointing; and as we enter the Thanksgiving-Christmas season, it may not improve much if at all.

Something interesting to note: we are definitely in a balanced market (when there are 6 months’ worth of homes for sale). In the past 6 months, 205 homes have been sold and 10 are pending. That’s nearly identical to the 217 homes on the market for sale.
