Real Estate Market Report for Midtown Montgomery for the week of September 21, 2025

Oh, wow! The homebuying market is really heating up as evidenced by this week’s pending sale ratio of 12.4%. We don’t normally see numbers like that or more in the spring and early summer.

If interest rates were to decrease just a bit, taking us into the land of mortgages in the 5 percent range, I believe “the dam will burst” and the market will get really hot. Bring it!
